The short version. We collect what we need to price, book and deliver your visit, and to reply when you contact us. We never sell your details. We do not run advertising trackers. Card payments are handled by Stripe and full card numbers never reach us.

We are the data controller for the personal information described on this page, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). What we store on your device

We use your browser's local storage to remember your progress in the booking wizard and to retry an enquiry if it fails to send the first time. This data stays on your device and is not used to track you. We currently set no analytics or advertising cookies. See our cookie policy for detail.

Each provider acts under contract terms that restrict what they may do with your data. Some providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.

You can ask us at any time to: see a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, send it to you or another provider in a usable format, or stop using it for a particular purpose. You can also withdraw consent you gave earlier. Email [email protected] and we respond within one month, usually much faster.

Changes to this policy

If we add analytics, new providers or new services, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged on the website.
