Who we are
Hadel Group UK Ltd is a premium indoor health services company registered in England and Wales, company number 17301022. We are the data controller for the personal information described on this page, and we are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). If you have any question about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect when you book
- Property answers. Property type, postcode, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor coverings, pets and condition. We use these to calculate your quote.
- Contact and visit details. Your name, email address, phone number and visit address, collected when you pick a slot through our scheduling provider Cal.com.
- Payment. Taken by Stripe on our behalf. Stripe processes your card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna details on their own systems. We receive a confirmation and a payment reference. Full card numbers never touch our servers.
What we collect when you send an enquiry
- The details you type into a business, hospitality or residential enquiry form, including your contact details and description of what you need.
- Any photos you choose to attach. Photos are optional and are used only to scope your visit.
- Enquiries reach us as email, delivered by our email provider Resend to our company mailbox.
What we store on your device
We use your browser's local storage to remember your progress in the booking wizard and to retry an enquiry if it fails to send the first time. This data stays on your device and is not used to track you. We currently set no analytics or advertising cookies. See our cookie policy for detail.

You can also withdraw consent you gave earlier. Email [email protected] and we respond within one month, usually much faster.
